Manali to Rohtang Pass :-

is a high mountain pass (elevation 3,980 m (13,058 ft)) on the eastern end of the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas around 51 km (32 mi) from Manali in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.It connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys of Himachal Pradesh.

The pass is open from May to November. It is not particularly high or difficult to cross on foot by Himalayan standards.

Rohtang Pass- a gateway to Lahaul and Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh, remains one of the most spectacular destinations in the entire Kullu region. This mountain slope is so beautiful that people from every corner of the country visit this place to take part in adventure sports such as skiing, ice-skating, paragliding, etc. The Rohtang Pass is open for tourist from April to October and the permission to travel on this highway is given by the Indian Army, once they clear the snow.

There are no accommodation options in Rohtang Pass unless you bring your own tent and set up camp by the roadside.There are no food stalls or eateries at Rohtang Pass. You will have to carry your own food while crossing Rohtang Pass.
